Our Association's mission is to maintain The Woods on Seldom Seen III as an enjoyable and attractive community in which to live.  We envision an environment consistent with other upscale communities and desire to enhance the long-term value of each homeowner's investment.

The Woods on Seldom Seen III is a unique community comprised of executive style homes on spacious lots located in Liberty Township, neighboring the Powell, Ohio area.  Liberty Township is in southern Delaware County, one of the fastest growing counties in Ohio. One-acre lots combined with maturing trees, open space and large ponds envelop many of the 50 homes in our community.

Our development is situated just minutes from the I-270 outer belt and within a 25-minute commute to downtown Columbus, the state's capitol. Families have several educational choices, which include Olentangy Local School District, rated Excellent on the state's 2004 Report Card.  In addition, our neighborhood is nearby several private schools in Powell and neighboring communities.

Our community is within minutes of several parks, numerous golf clubs (private and public), the Scioto River, the Olentangy River, the Columbus Zoo, and many fabulous dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Residents of The Woods on Seldom Seen III are automatically members of The Woods on Seldom Seen III Homeowners Association.  The Association has certain guidelines, which are outlined on this web site.
