Project/Alterations Best Practices for Homeowners– it is recommended homeowners contact the HOA to preview certain type of work to be performed if you are uncertain if formal approval is required. Examples Include: New roof, removal of trees, fixed playground or sport equipment, drainage alterations, gardens on slight line to adjacent property, new or changes to hardscapes.
